Sometimes product features at different SaaS companies can take months to be completed and once they are finished another few months are added for reviews and testing. Here at ICX Media, we are more agile and made the decision a long time ago to release projects as soon as they are completed. This allows us to develop faster and give our uses new features in speedier increments.

Because these features are sometimes released quicker than we can make a blog post or announcement, we wanted to take the opportunity in this blog post to highlight the two major releases for creators using our platform.

New Dashboard

The first thing you will notice when you log into your account is a new dashboard:

We wanted to make it easier for you to get an overview of all of your channels and I do mean all of them. The dashboard was remade with the intention of being easier to read. All of the cards are separated by a different social platform and your different accounts. At the top you can filter the dashboard by a social media platform and different metrics such as subscribers and view count.

There were a lot of things we liked about the old dashboard and wanted to make sure we didn’t completely get rid of them and made the decision to have smaller sub-dashboards on both the manage and market page.

The manage dashboard will give you quick highlights of your videos such as your tags and categories that you and your peers typically use on your videos.

On the marketing side of things we also have another sub-dashboard for you to use

The marketing sub-dashboard will show you a breakdown of your fanbase, who your most valued fans are, and different marketing ratios for you to look at.

Multiple Accounts

An improvement to our platform that has been in development for a while and a favorite request from our users is finally here. I am happy to announce that we now allow our users can now have multiple accounts linked to their ICX Profile.

You can manage and distribute to multiple Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, and Facebook accounts. The dashboards I highlighted earlier will display all of your connected accounts. Not only that but you can distribute to all of these accounts as well as create marketing campaigns on multiple accounts.

We understand that some of our users have multiple accounts and did not want to create multiple accounts just to view them all on ICX. This new feature is a great step in the direction we would like to go in. We are first and foremost a data focused company providing suggestions and recommendations on how to improve your overall impact. Between our main dashboard and our sub-dashboards our users can get a really great overview over all of their social accounts as well as manage them all in one place.

This is exciting for both myself and the rest of the team. Not only do we get to show off our data science capabilities but also creators on our platform have and continue to collaborate with businesses on multiple projects.
